Their pricing is still lower than many others and the majority of their customers have been very satisfied with product, pricing and service. Now its also entirely possible that the vendor might have had a disconnect in regards to communications with the OP in reference to his order and that is of course a problem too.įrom what I know of this vendor though they have had superb customer service and products in the past. Let's also consider the OP's age - he's only 26 according to his profile and I know a LOT of people around that age (and even 10 years older!) who are extremely impatient and I can assure you its not out of expectation to hear people embellish the story a bit (or a lot) to get their way. We also only have his account to go with and not the vendor's. We don't know because he didn't tell us how he communicated with them and the tone he took with them. Personally I think that perhaps the OP has been a tad impatient regarding his purchase and might have handled his communications with the business poorly. Let's learn a lesson from that and apply it to this thread. Everyone here is taking issue with how he handled the situation and telling him that "these things do happen" albeit infrequently. They posted they had a bad experience with KoA and things got out of hand. Let's take a recent issue someone here had with Kult of Athena. If they provide a good product with good pricing and service they get recommended to others and their business blooms. The firearms world is similar to the sword world in that if someone didn't have good customer service they tend to be avoided like the plague. They have great prices and for the most part good customer service. If you go to the more popular firearms forums Bud's Gun Shop is regarded as one of the better places to get firearms from. I think that there needs to be a bit of patience here both on the OP's part and also on some other posters here.īud's Gun Shop is a reputable place to buy firearms from. I dont believe this would have been as big of a problem or got me so irritated had they originally said your order will ship in 4-6 weeks or at any point made an effort to tell me that my order would be delayed.Īlso I wasnt really sure where this belonged since it pertains to firearms I figure it would be a relevant spot. This is only my experience and maybe im spoiled by the tremendous customer service I have received from every other online purchase I've ever made but I never plan on shopping here again and advise anyone else against doing so as well. I then looked to see if anyone else has had the same problem and found an unbelievable amount of stories comparable to mine. So now im stuck with no money and no guns and absolutely nothing I and do about it. Are you kidding me? What have you done to deserve to keep 30% of my money? I got pretty angry after that and had a heated discussion with the guy on the phone.

They told me that at this point in the order process a full refund was not possible but they could return 70% of my funds. At this point I had lost my patience with waiting and requested a refund. I was told that it could be another week or two until they actually ship. I only learned that was the case after calling today which is 3 days after receiving that email. This doesnt mean my guns were finally on their way but only that they finally passed the information along to their shipping department. After 3 days they replied with a copy and paste "our shipping department is currently behind on orders but we are working as fast as possible to get your order out." I received another email along with it that said my order was now shipping.

After the 9th business day without any shipping notification I sent them an email. I placed my order for a CZ (which was in stock in their retail store) on february 15th and was quoted a 3-7 business day shipping time. I dont know if any of you have heard of or shopped here before but I would offer a quick warning about them.
